Wow, trying to use the Boston Marathon bombings to find sympathy? That's a new low.

I got screwed by Equiso as well and I already know there's no point in opening a ticket on your new and improved support site because there's nothing that can be done to make the devices you sent me useful. At least the remotes that came with them work on my GK802 that I purchased after I quit wasting my time trying to use the equiso devices.
